Australia Day at the Club
We’re looking forward to a fantastic Australia Day celebration at Club Mudgeeraba. However you choose to celebrate, we hope you have a great day and stay safe. We’ve got plenty happening to make it a memorable occasion for the whole family.
Special Australia Day Lunch Menu
Our Bistro is serving up a delicious Australia Day Lunch Menu from 1pm, featuring some true Aussie favourites. The Crumbed Lamb Cutlets are served with potato rosti, broccolini and red wine pan gravy, available for members at $26 and non-members at $28. If you’re after something hearty, try the Pulled Beef Brisket Burger with slow-cook beef brisket, cheese, pickle, slaw and chipotle mayo with hot chips for $20 (members) or $22 (non-members).
Other menu highlights include Chicken Parmigiana with crumbed chicken breast, leg ham, tomato napoli, two cheeses, chips and salad at $25/$27, and Crispy Skin Salmon (gluten-free) with mash potato, broccolini and lemon butter cream for $25/$27. For something lighter, the Chicken Salad features roasted pumpkin, juicy chicken tenders, brown rice, quinoa, danish fetta, radish, pickled onion, cherry tomato and lemon vinaigrette at $23/$25. Sides include Chips and Gravy ($7), Garlic Bread ($5), and Tiger Prawn Spring Rolls ($10).
Afternoon Entertainment
The afternoon festivities kick off at 1pm with live entertainment from Mikky and the other guy. You’ll find us behind the skate park on Somerset Drive, Gate 2. Best of all, there’s no public holiday surcharge, so you can enjoy great food, entertainment and the company of fellow members without any extra costs.
